Hallo @all!
Wer sich näher mit (Heil-)Kräutern und Wildpflanzen, sowie deren Wirkung und Anwendung befassen möchte, dem kann ich nur die Bücher von Liesel Malm ans Herz legen.
Angefangen habe ich mit ihrem Buch:

Liesel Malm hat schon als Kind viel von ihrer Großmutter über Heilkräuter lernen dürfen. Lange Jahre war dieses Wissen aber in den Hintergrund gerückt...bis zu ihrer Krebserkrankung mit 51 Jahren. Sie hat sich vom Krebs befreit und ist der festen Überzeugung, dass ihr die Kräuter und die sofortige Umstellung auf eine fleischlose vollwertige Ernährung dabei geholfen haben ihren Körper und ihre Seele wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Ihre Geschichte findet ihr in dem Buch "Die Kräuter-Liesel".
Herrlich erfrischend finde ich, dass Liesel Malm so schreibt, wie ihr der "Schnabel" gewachsen ist. Wer hier Fachliteratur erwartet ist fehl am Platz und gerade das macht es aus. Es sind die Überlieferungen aus der alten Zeit, die heute in ihren Büchern Anwendung finden. Ihre ganzen Erfahrungen in Aussaat, Wachstum, Ernte, Verarbeitung und Anwendung der Kräuter hinterlässt sie uns in ihrem Gedenken.
Liesel Malm ist im letzten Jahr im Alter von 87 Jahren verstorben.
